How to sell your device to us:
If your device arrives in a different condition to your original description we will contact you with a revised offer for your device. You have 14 days to accept or decline our revised offer. If you decline the revised offer, we will return your device for FREE. If you accept the revised offer we will carry on processing your payment for your device. If we do not hear back from you after 14 days of the revised offering being issued, we will assume you agree with the revised offer and continue processing your device.
Please also remember to remove your iCloud account and to reset your device back to factory original settings. If we receive a device with data, we will wipe all personal information including photos, music, messages etc back to factory original settings. We will not backup any data in this instance.
Terms & Conditions:
All website displayed prices are based on 100% working with no faults, excellent condition, with minimal marks, scratches, scuff and dents, liquid damage free, no cracked LCD screen or front glass digitisers, network unlocked models. Models that are networked locked will be less than website displayed prices and subject to market rates. Devices that have damage to cosmetics, liquid damage or broken screens etc will be valued at a much lower rate and subject to market conditions. Any device still under contract is classed as high risk goods and will be valued at a lower rate and subject to market conditions. If still under contract, please present your contract paperwork on arrival. We will not purchase any network barred, iCloud locked, reported stolen or unpaid contract models at any time. Before payment is settled, we may require proof of ownership at anytime with a photo ID card and 2 recent utility bills at your current address. We will always take your name, current address and contact details when purchasing used goods.
Lost, Stolen Barred, Blocked Mobile Phones/Devices:
We will check the status of all mobile phones/devices received against the National CheckMEND database (using the unique IMEI number). If your mobile phone/device is found to have a red flag by CheckMEND, it must be quarantined for 28 days whilst its status is reviewed. The mobile phone/device will have a red flag if it has been registered as lost, stolen or barred/blocked on the CheckMEND database.
If you are advised that your mobile phone/device has a red flag against it you will need to contact CheckMEND in order to review the status of your mobile phone/device. You will be advised of the procedure required by email from us.
The purpose of the quarantine period is to allow the rightful owner the opportunity to have the red flag removed in order that the mobile phone/device can be processed appropriately.
If, during the quarantine period the red flag is removed, your mobile phone/device will be processed and paid for as normal and will not be returned. However, if after the quarantine period has expired and the red flag has not been removed then we are required by law to dispose of it and you will not receive any payment.
UK legislation states that we cannot under any circumstances return the mobile phone/device during this 28 day period unless the red flag has been removed.
If we become aware of any issues you will be required to co-operate with the authorities and we reserve the right to withhold or cancel the payment.
